Although I was a walk-in, I was seen right away. That is really the only good thing about this trip. The Stylist I had was not interested at all in what I wanted. She was very unattentive, and had little to know advice on the questions I asked her. She asked me if the price of starting at 60 bucks and then an additional 20 for each cup of dye was okay, I said yes with the thought that the two original dies we were intending to use were included in the first $60. She hardly spoke to me at all while I was in her chair. She put the dye on and got it all over my skin, including under my chin!! She had me move several times and that first 30 minutes while we were away for the die to work so that she could work on other customers. I noticed she was just as uninterested in them as she was me. When she runs the first color out of my hair she didn't shampoo it at all. I don't know if this is common practice, it just seems out of the ordinary. The bright red I had picked out turned out nothing like the sample I was given! Instead of being a crimson red, it turned out to be a neon pink! I did not want to waste any more of my time (after being there for over 3 hours) so I paid and left. I never did get my hair trimmed and the color is totally wrong, right before Easter!!!! $84 for this mistake.... I will definitely not be back!
