The worst salon I have ever met! People there the service is awful! I just tried to ask them some little questions, and they become impatient and offensive. Disgusting attitude. The workers there just do not know how to respect their customers. Do NOT recommend this place.

I was super excited to come get my haircut since it was a great price, I knew what I wanted, and my hair was the perfect length to get the cut that I wanted (and have successfully gotten elsewhere). When I explained it, the stylist was totally understanding what I was saying. She told me exaclty what she was going to do but once the scissors hit her hand it was a whole other story. She gave me the ONE haircut I asked her not to give me. I now look like I have a bowl haircut. Unless you just need a trim off of long hair don't come here.

I don't trust people with my hair but Missy is awesome and has been doing it for 4 years now. I would follow her wherever she went. But I'm glad she stays at Ground Zero, they are so nice!

Don't know about the other stylists here, but Lisa is really good. I came here because I noticed my friend had great hair and he told me he had just had his hair cut at the center city location of Ground Zero. I made an appointment and have come back several times (and I'm *really* picky about how I like my hair). p.s. I'm a guy too, so don't know if girls have different experiences with their hair, but I doubt it.
