Awesome place!!! Walked in for a haircut and 20 minutes later I was done. The owner did my cut and he is very talented. Good conversation and atmosphere. Definitely will be going back. Two months later took my kid here and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting... You get the point. These weekend barbers take for ever on the simplest haircut. Saw this one kid in the chair for one hour. It should take that long for a haircut. Maybe less talking and more working. Atmosphere and prices can only take you so far. Need to work on your time management guys come on it's a barbershop not a salon. Oh and on top of it all we had to wait for the barber to take his break or lunch or whatever he was doing seating in his chair and making customers wait.

In my experience: these guys are BY FAR the best place in Berks County to get yourself a fresh cut. With the type of thick hair style I have it was really really hard for me to find a barber that could get me a cut that I was legit impressed with. & They will to the extra mile if there's something you don't like about it. When I used to go out to college in Pittsburgh I always had a horrible experience with barbers out there and could find one that could cut my hair the way I wanted. So then when I came home for Thanksgiving break one of my buddies was like yo come with me to All-Stars & man that was the day I never go to anyone else. I stopped getting cuts in Pitt & would just wait till I came home every month & a half to get a cut. Mr. C & Tito are the people you wanna see! Yes they are an extremely busy place but they do their best under the circumstances to make sure you've the time & quality cut needed to have you feeling good when you walk out of the shop knowing you just got a top of the line fresh cut! They're prices are extremely reasonable especially for the quality cut/service which is another reason why they are so successful. I ALWAYS recommend anyone I know to come get they're next cut with this place. A real deal Barber shop. (And to all the dudes who write bad reviews or want to complain about them messing around or not treating them with respect) 1st off it's a barber shop, that laid back/laugh atmosphere is why a lot of people love coming to a barber shop & personally I've never seen them be disrespectful to anyone while I was there. People really need to stop being so sensitive nowadays. I got nothing but love for what they got going on here! Can't wait to see y'all for my next cut! 👌💯

Very unprofessional business. . You get there ... sign in ... and wait ... watching 10 other people walk in and getting seated for haircut rightaway ... and nobody even says anything .. if your wait is going to be 30 min or 2 hrs. It's like you are at they mercy to get your haircut. Will never go there again... actually i just walked out..

Just got a haircut from a guy who’s been there for about a month and I’m really impressed. Great atmosphere, they work together like family, felt welcomed. Definitely coming back

Although I previously gave a negative review based on my experience with the owner, Mr. C, my recent experience with barber Felix has changed my perspective. Felix is a master Barber. It goes beyond cutting hair. He understands depth and precision. He is one of those barbers who is a gifted artist and brings that artistry to his work. I saw him turn my friend from a homeless looking bum with a big untamed afro into a chic, modern, sophisticated man and the effect was astonishing. All Stars is lucky to have someone like Felix and if you do drop by, make sure to request Felix. Edit: The owner is a thirsty, envious person and I have no idea what he's talking about below about me finding Jesus. For someone who claims to know Jesus, he sure is a bitter, rancid soul full of manipulation, attitude, and vengeance...#whydoyoucallmeLordLordanddonotwhatIcommand....
