I have been going to CeCe's for 9 years and she has never done me dirty. The hairdressers always finish my hair on time amd always do it right. People always compliment my hair they last for up to 2-3 months even if I dont take care of it. They always hook me up.

It was really nice, but lately, I haven't been too happy.

They were very nice to me but very unprofessional... They talked on their cell phone most of the time I was there. I was getting micro braids it took almost 6hrs could have been faster if not on the cell phone. My hair looks nice, although I don't think this is human hair...

Today I went to the shop to get faux locs. Fast forward 5 hours later and once one of the stylist is done I can't move my head or neck! I have been coming to CECE's close to 5 years so I know that initially when braids are done your hair is sore for a week or so! However, the pain I felt when I was done was excruciating like no pain I have ever felt before! She said take a Tylenol! I took an Aleve and still no relief! She then proceeded to tell me AFTER THE FACT, that this style is painful and that's why no one normally gets it! I wish I would've known that before hand because I would've gotten another style! After calling CeCe directly to let her know I was in pain she said take a Tylenol! I told her I have already done that! I said I need to come back and have it removed! She said it's only 2 people in the shop and If I want to take it out and get another style she will "give me a discount "! This hairstyle cost $180 I informed her! I can't afford to pay an additional anything to get my hair done over! I just felt like as the owner and morally she should have warned me about the pain level. She is more concerned with a dollar over customer satisfaction! Today is the last day I will ever patronize her shop again!!!
