Went on Saturday June 23rd Afternoon and was greeted with a warm welcome. Forget the young lady's name but I asked for the typical number four buzz cut and she did it quickly but did it well. I allmost walked out without my glasses, thanks to this young lady I didn't have to come back for them. I will return for my next haircut because I appreciate the great greeting I got when going thier. Thumbs up with a smile 😁👍

Love taking my little brother here. I am drawing a blank on what the prices are. It's been awhile so if someone could help me out with it that would be great.

Horrible experience. Went in for a trim with long layers and ended up with one random short layer. Had to go to another salon the next day to get it fixed and pretty much had to chop off all my hair up to the random layer! Seriously, a little more training might be helpful for your staff. I asked for a basic trim with layers on the ends and got nothing like that. I guess its true, you get what you pay for.

I have never had such an awful experience getting my hair cut. I didn't catch the name of the woman who originally did my hair, but she was pregnant and has longer brown hair with bleached tips that fell over most of her face. I had to ask her to stop cutting my hair once I finally got my glasses on to see what she had done. The screenshot that I uploaded is the image I brought in ad reference. I was not looking to get that color, simply the cut. I asked her if she could so this before we began, and she assured me she could. My hairline was supposed to come down far in the back and then swoop up over my ears, but instead she tool her razor and cut away all my volume and I'm now left with a small square of hair on the top of my head and I feel like Pepper from American Horror Story. She also assured me she could do the small shave design on the side. As she was doing it, she said something about how "People usually go to barber shops to get the smooth lines. We can't really do that here" but my glasses were off. Once I put them on, I saw nothing short of a cave drawing on the side of my head. She kept cutting and I told her to stop. She kept asking if I was sure, and I told her I was done. I left the store after paying and started to tear up. I looked like a joke. I ended up going back into the store and asked if I could speak to the manager. I think her name was Chris, the manager, who saved the bit of hair I had left. The pictures I've posted here are what it looked like after Chris did what she could. Obviously, she could not put the hair back on my head from where the other employee carelessly shaved it off, but she neatened up the cut and tried to fade out the bottom of the design. If it weren't for Chris, I probably would have simply shaved my head. I was so embarrassed by what had been done to me. I still am. But YouTube has many tutorials on how to wrap your head in a scarf, and I know where to buy hats. Eventually my hair will grow back, but when it does I will never let the original cutter touch me again. I will go back to see Chris, though. She is an angel and was so amazing. She kept me calm even though I just wanted to sob forever (and admittedly, I did cry for a bit. I was just shocked at what a bad cut I had received) but those tears eventually turned into laughs. I want to thank Chris for her amazing work at trying to salvaging the bit of hair and dignity I was left with.

This used to be a 5 star review but I went in the Thursday night before Easter and it took over an hour for the worst trim I've every gotten. Hair on top was terribly short and the back and front were noticeably longer. I usually came here Saturdays but we were in the area that Thursday so I didn't think the experience would be that different. I was wrong. Fairly certain my stylist was standing at the bus stop and when a manager saw she had hands they assumed she could cut hair. Went to another salon the next day to fix what was left. Will not be returning.
