I love this place and the ladies that work here. I moved here 2yrs ago and I have never had my nails look as good as they do now . I get the gel and they last forever looking as nice as the day I had them done. Thank you Hope for the beautiful haircuts I have received, amazing eyebrow waxes you perform, and of course the fabulous glitter nails that I love so much step in, step out, look out!!! Love this place.

I went to a microblading appointment with Mallory a few days ago and have been debating whether or not to write this review. The appointment didn’t go further than mapping my eyebrows out. Mallory refused to do my eyebrows the shape I like and wanted- instead she gave me a new shape that made me look like a completely different person. I was unhappy with the shape and told her politely that i’d like it if my brow was shaped differently and offered to pull up pictures of myself and my brows. While she said she was willing to work with me to reach a compromise, i felt like my input was completely disregarded. I ended up crying during the appointment. She let me draw some of my own eyebrow out with pigment for our “compromise” but then wiped my shape away and went back to the shape she wanted to do on me. Mallory told me I was going through a phase with my eyebrows, but the most hurtful part was that she said my eyebrows weren’t flattering on me the way i drew them on and that’s why she would be uncomfortable microblading me. Just a little bit of advice- when you are charging people $450 for a service, you should listen to the customer! especially when it is semi-permanent (going on their FACE) and when they already put $200 down before the appointment. I went for microblading, not reshaping. Disappointing because she does beautiful work and i was looking forward to getting them done. I left the salon in tears.

Appointment started half an hour late, without any call or notice to let me know that they were running behind. They added and charged for an extra service that I stated I did not want in the beginning and also in the initial email. I will not be returning.
