I have had good haircuts from here before, but I checked in online with zero minutes to wait, waited 20 minutes and they took someone else before me, I’m done with this place. Work on your customer service it’s really easy. First come first serve. Cutting hair is the easy part taken care of customers is what works. Not a computer to tell who is next.

I’ve had my hair cut a few times here. It was during the time of when my mom decided it was a great idea to get my hair cut because i looked like a seaweed monster or that puffy haired kid that keeps staring at me, not to mention the amount of “poof” my hair had was probably rated as a 15/10 because my gosh it was puffy. Anyways, the first time I came I asked for a trim and I got a business jagged cut instead which I still thought “hey, wasn’t so bad after all” then asked for a trim the second time coming and a different lady gave me a pretty good trim as well. It was nice.

Depending on when you go will give you an idea of the quality of haircut will get. It seems the afternoon crew is best as the evening crew is constantly changing. Had a not so good cut last time...in the evening.

Stupid and illiterate people work here:) I used the Great clips Mobile app and did the online check-in. Drove to the shop. I was showing number 1 on the queue on the public screen and there were 2 more people in the queue. The illiterate lady called number 2 and 3 guy for the hair cut. I went to asking why I wasn't called since I was number 1 in the queue. She said that other two people were here before I did and they walked in. But isn't that the whole point of online check in to secure your number in the queue? After my humble effort to help her understand how stupid she was, I left the shop. I hope great clips customer service reads this review. Nothing against the illiterate lady but I think it's a employee training issue. Come on stupid, we live in 21st century and I am amazed that I still have to help people understand the importance of online "check in" LOL... Another issue with this location is that every month I go there I see a completely new group of people. When I ask about others I realize they left in a month. Something creepy here. The customer service was never great here but only reason I went here because it's close to my place. They lost my business forever...
