If I could give zero stars I would. The site and store front say the business closes at 7pm on Fridays. I was told they took walk ins. So, I drove 35 minutes to bring my 1 year old son and 3 year old daughter for my sons first haircut. When I arrived (6:35) both stylists were with someone. My husband was in the car with the kids while I went in to make sure they were open. I was told “we will be with you shortly” so my husband brought my kids in. We waited our turn and at 6:57 when the other clients had left, the stylist that informed me she would be right with me, came to the desk. She asked what I wanted for my son. I told her he needed a trim for the first time. This woman turned the computer screen toward me and told me that they close at 7pm and there weren’t any places in the computer to put my child (besides the 6 empty chairs). She told me to just come back tomorrow. I explained that I had just drove 35 minutes and waited over 20. If they couldn’t see my son, they should have told me that when I walked in the door. She had nothing to say, not even sorry. She ignored me and went to the back to close up. I have never experienced such treatment in my life. If you are closing soon and can not accommodate....SAY It. Don’t watch me and my children wait for over 20 minutes after you told us you would be with us just to rudely say no and care less. For a child’s place you should know the time t took me to get them both in the car and keep them occupied while we waited (they were begging to go in the cut chairs since they looked so cool). Decency would be nice here. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER COME BACK HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER BASED ON THE DISRESPECT FROM THIS WOMAN. You faile, Cookie Cuts and I hope this review helps another mother to choose another establishment. Shame on you.

This place is great for kids. The chairs are different types of vehicles and staff is super friendly. I especially love how easy it is to make an appointment online which makes the whole experience easier since you’re in and out quickly. Kids even get a balloon at the end and a lollipop. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This place is great. The staff is awesome and they have a great setup for the kiddos, especially the younger ones. We've been twice already and we will be going back again.

Can not begin to relate how great this shop was with my son who has sensory issues having his hair cut. They got him in and out in 15 minutes, his hair looked great, and he didn't cry once. Just an amazing place for little ones. I can't recommend it more highly.
