I guess I should have read the reviews before wasting my time coming here. I called earlier this afternoon asking if I could come in to get color done because I have a funeral on Monday. The girl I spoke to told me I didn’t need an appointment to just come in by 5 and I could be done. I left work an hour early to get there before 5. I got there at 4:50 and was turned away. Thank you for not only wasting my time and gas driving here but also loosing an hour of work. To add to it I also asked when I had called earlier if making an appointment would be better and I was told no absolutely not needed we are a walk in facility just come in before 5. Beyond irritated. I could have made and appointment somewhere else.

I love the staff here. They've restored my faith in hair salons, which had been badly damaged (along with my hair) by other places. Debbie, the master stylist who cuts and colors my hair, always goes out of her way to style according to my wishes and I've always left ecstatic about my look. I've been coming to this particular Hair Cuttery every six weeks for two years now and I'm really grateful for the professional yet friendly service they provide.
