I'm usually able to find what I'm looking for quickly. Products are almost always stocked, and if they're out, they order out for you there so you don't have to pay shipping! Staff is usually very helpful! Sometimes the wait in line is a bit long but that can't always be helped. I love the sales they have too!

I have been into this store many times and most times I have walked out disappointed with the customer service and lack of response to my presence. This week was a different story.... I met Sarah. Sarah was amazing, She was beyond customer service, she was very professional and yet caring and giving. I think I would have bought everything she recommended simply because she was down right honest with me, She told me what I needed and what was not needed. She showed me high end products and more affordable products. She took the time to get to know me and my needs. The last few days I have done my makeup have been great and the results speak for the new makeup and techniques Sarah showed me. Thank you Sarah for helping me.

I try to get in and out of store as quickly as possible. Usually I’m greeted by the same 3 floor staff multiple times, as if they didn’t remember me responding in the first place. Most of the NYX product is tampered with. Many of the high-end product selection is limited because they are always out of stock. The rollerball perfume selection is complete disaster. I don’t post many poor reviews but this store needs help.
