I heard of Salon Deniz through my mom and my experience there was so delightful. I went in for dye and a cut. I have to admit I was a little nervous to go to a new salon, especially for a dye job. I have to say I was very happy with the result! It is one of the best dye jobs I've gotten, and the price was very reasonable! The atmosphere was modern and chic, and all the staff were just so kind and welcoming. I definitely found my new favorite salon!

I didnt receive any service. I called at about 2pm yesterday for a Brazilian wax. I am super pregnant and mentioned it so they could know the urgency of getting it done. I asked if they could squeeze me in for the same day but the woman I spoke with told me the soonest she could schedule me for today at 6:30. I leave work at 5 and call to confirm my appointment because I knew it was short notice. The woman I spoke with thought it was a hair appointment and when I corrected her that it was for a Brazilian she said ok. I go home wash up and get there 10 minutes early just for them to again tell me they thought it was for a wash and style. Then she said they had my appointment marked down for yesterday. If the woman told me there was an opening the same day i would have gone! Thats what I wanted in the first place. She also said the waxer left at 4 today. Why didn't she mention that on the phone? I am pissed that i took that 20 minute drive. I don't know how they messed that up but it's in acceptable.
