Jeff was AMAZING! He was efficient and precise and made sure it was exactly how I wanted the haircut to look and was sooo sweet. Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment.

Came in with my Mother in law. We had two different technicians and they did a wonderful job cutting our hair.

I got my eyebrows done at the Middletown location on 2/10/18 around mid morning. Starting about 30 minutes after getting them done below my right eyebrow I kept feeling a bad burning sensation but I figured it was just sore. Later in the evening I still felt it and I finally looked in the mirror and saw some kinda burn or something below my eyebrow. I don't know if it was the wax or if it was from her doing the same spot a few different times but it is pretty painful. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed and threaded many times and I've never had a burn or anything before. The lady that did them was really nice though.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE STAFF. ELENA CARNEY is the ABSOLUTE best employee that worked there! MY ALL TIME FAVORITE HAIR DRESSER. She found a new place of employment at OCEANA HAIR SALON, WHICH THE STAFF AT FANTASTIC SAMS REFUSED TO INFORM ME OF! They first told me she was not in, expecting me to give in and accept a different stylist for the day. ABSOLUTELY NOT. So i asked when she would be in next, IT WAS THEN THAT THEY INFORMED ME OF HER CHOICE TO LEAVE BUT DENIED ME HER NEW LOCATION. I think it is absolutely RUDE and UNFAIR to Elena who has DEVOTED and LOVING customers who WANT TO KNOW where she moved to. I usually love this place, but since Elena left, not worth the trip.

Susanna is the best colorist in RI, and a wonderful hardworking person to boot!
