I was nervous to try some where new to dye my blonde hair but I moved and had to find some where. Annie touched up my roots and used the exact formula from my old salon to match my color. She was great! If you’re looking for great costumer service go to Annie. I was a little scared of the area and walking by myself down the street and she literally hopped in my car and walked me there and back!! She was so sweet 10/10

Lauren did an AMAZING job coloring and cutting my hair! I tend to feel rather awkward and uncomfortable with a new hair stylist but Lauren made me feel instantly at ease. I’m so happy I gave Lauren and Ello Pretty a try and can’t wait to go back.

My entire life I have had bad experiences with hairdresses however I talked to the receptionist and she was so helpful she teamed me up with Katie who I met today June 7th when I met her I told her that I would rather be at the dentist office....she smiled and wanted me to experience the entire salon experience!!!! My hair was way past my waist it was a big mess but Katie didn't get upset she was nothing but supportive helpful she followed directions for the first time in my entire life a hairdresser listened after the receptionist listened and got me the right person I just want to say thank you to the receptionist thank you to the owner and thank you so much Katie I already made my appointment for next month because for the first time in my life I'm going to put some color in my hair!!!! THE PRICE IS WORTH MY SANITY ANY DAY!!!! last haircut 10 yrs ago ......

Ello Pretty is a gorgeous salon. However, they are incredibly overpriced and my experience with Ashley was less than stellar. First of all, she had the assistant do most of the work. Didn't fill me with the most confidence when she asks the assistant: "You know how to do that, right?" The pricing is confusing and they add charges around every corner. The service was fine but definitely not worth $350+ for a cut and color.

Came into this salon as a new customer and I couldn't be happier! Kara TOTALLY transformed my look with an advanced haircut. She took the time to look at my photos and discuss what I'm looking for in a style, what my commitment to styling is, and more during the consultation. I have sensitive skin and allergies, and the whole staff made sure that I could read ingredients and have a safe and enjoyable experience. The location is really cool and everyone seems young, stylish, and hip. Parking was easy. If you're looking for a reliable place to get a new look or refresh what you've got now, this is the spot. True professionals here.
