I've been going to great clips for 5 years and I've never had a bad haircut

What a great place to get a haircut. The shop is bright and cheery, and the staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. I love being able to sign in online and always be next when I arrive.

The Best! My hair is always cut beautifully. Prices are excellent.

Two bad haircuts, two experiences. Today's was the worst. Crew member wasnt ready at opening. Kept re-asking what I wanted and still did not do what I asked. My sideburns weren't even cut correctly and it looks like I cut my hair myself and made an accident. The back looks horrible. I should have been concerned when she didn't show me the back of my head with a mirror. She didn't even know how to use POS system. It was the most uncomfortable experience I have had despite how friendly crew member was. Only reason why I went back a second time was because it's my birthday and I wanted to look nice for work later today. I don't think I can go back there again after this. And to add... I wasn't going to write a review of the experience because things happen, but to let me walk out like this was humiliating. I'm not looking forward to seeing what my job will say about it. Please note I purposely did not add any of the crew members names because I do not want to single anyone out. I feel that the company is to take the blame especially after now seeing other reviews with similar experiences.

Finally! I had a previous bad experience at a different location, one side was left longer than the other. I didn't like the style either, but I didn't want to complain any further. Today however, what a difference! Stephanie took her time to 1- look at my hair 2- ask me what I wanted 3- cut it as I described and 4- blow dry it the way I like. I will definitely be back to see her. Thank you Stephanie!
