The new manager, Ashley, is awesome. She Listens to what you want and then tells you if it will work for your hair and face shape. I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this SmartStyle!! Thanks Ashley!!!!

This is the WORST hair salon in the Lexington area, I’ve seen 10 year olds who cut hair better. Anywho I went in to try and get my hair cut and waited 20 minutes, I wasn’t served but instead other white folks who had just checked in were served. The people working here are racist and they tried to lie after I called them out claiming “Oh he was here before you!” But he had just walked in asking about how long the wait was. Either way It’s alright cause I went to Great Clips instead.

Do not get your hair cut at smart style hair salon at wal-mart in Lexington on south lake drive. They do a terrible job on your hair. They also charge you $4.00 extra for blow drying your hair which should be included in the cost of the hair cut. I will never get my hair cut at this place again.

They change staff too often. The people who work there now look like someone I do not want to cut my hair. Their hygiene is horrid. Salon is dirty.

I knew I was in the best hands for my cut when she broke out the razor blades! NO ONE does a descent bob cut without razor blades! ❤️
