Shonda has cut my hair for eight years now! I live out of state and still use her every time I come in town to visit family. She does a great job listening to me & delivering exactly what I visualize. She’s always sweet and professional, a five star experience every time. I only wish I could take her home with me to Alabama!

Still can't find someone I love as much as Shonda, she is a master with coloring. Makes me so sad we had to move

It is very hard to find a good hairdresser around here. I liked Shonda’s work besides one thing - she always cut my hair too short. I have been trying to tell her for months that I have been trying to grow my hair, and she kept cutting about half of an inch every time! So, last time I had to hold my front hair so she would not cut it. Today I came just for undercut and a little trim, and I told Shonda - Please do not touch my front just do my back. She turns the chair away from the mirror, so people could watch TV, so I could not see what she was doing. DONE - and I see almost an inch cut off my front hair. That was it. I actually almost cried at home looking in the mirror. She had another customer waiting and out of respect I did not say anything negative. When I paid online through the system she uses it asked me for a review. I left an honest review. She texted me right away being unhappy about my review, and she justified herself instead of saying sorry for he messed up haircut. On top of it she asked me to find another hairdresser. No refund. One of my friends I referred to her had the same issue. She messed up her hair, and refused to fix it and do her hair anymore. Also, I paid toooooo much for coloring my hair, and ended up with something I did not asked for.
