I was at smart style hair salon, 3950 Grandview Dr, Simpsonville , SC on January 27th 2018 at noon . I went there on a a friend's recommendation to relax my new hair growth. It was the most horrific experience ever. My scalp was a burnt by the relaxer, my scalp was burning so bad while the stylist was applying the relaxer, and many parts of my scalp had my hair glued to my scalp now. I had loosened my braids four days prior to going to the salon and I didn't even comb it or wet it before going to the salon so there was no reason for my scalp to burn with the relaxer application. Not only that, my hair didn't relax at all, it was a wasted $74+ and a waste of my time. The last time my scalp burnt with relaxer application was over 20 years ago before the advent of no lye relaxer /not being affordable. I won't be going to that salon for anything again.

Amazing stylists! I explained what I wanted to the stylist, he listened, made suggestions, and then made it happen! I absolutely loved the way my color turned out! All the stylists were friendly and happy. You could tell they loved their job and the place they were working!
