I asked for an ombre and they completely fried my hair, it was orange and blonde all over and my hair was falling out. My hair was a dark brown and they completely destroyed it! I will never EVER go back.

Tried to make an appointment but they didn't even return my call. Must not need new clients. So much for southern hospitality!

I had an appointment at 5:30pm. This was my first visit. When I arrived to the salon I was told they were running behind and they had tried to call me. I looked at my phone and they had in fact called me but 9 minutes before which would have been 10 minutes before my appointment time. I was told they did not know how long the wait would be. I could hear the stylist say "it could be 20 minutes or it could be 40 minutes or more". To me she clearly appeared annoyed. Apparently the women with the appointment before me told them she had short chair but really had long hair so they didn't schedule enough time in between appointments. And to add on to that that person did not know if she wanted highlights or not. For the most part everyone was pretty nice but there was no-one else there to do my hair. I left and will not be going back.

Great salon, very professional. If you have curly hair, Alba is fantastic.
