I've been coming here for a few years and the customer service has never given me the warm fuzzies. But the last time I went instead of "hello, how can I help you?" I was greeted with "Did you check in online?" in a rude tone. Also the hair stylist did not clean/sweep the hair from the area from the previous customer she had before I sat down. While I sat in the chair she flicked said customers hair off the counter towards me. Like I said, I've come here for years, I am always polite and I always tip well. I will not be returning.

East Longmeadow Great Clips. Used to get my hair cut here once a month for the past 10+ years. Today was the worst experience I've ever had. Extremely rude and bad hair cut😆. I will not be going back here ever again.

Andrew is absolutely amazing. My son will not let anyone else touch his hair but Andrew. He is such a great person, friendly, and helpful. He has given us so many great tips for my son hair. We never leave disappointed. Andrew has done my hair as well, and taught me how to get the lift my hair needs.

Andrew is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He takes the time with each of our family member ranging in ages from 11 to 48. He has encouraged both my children with life experiences , as well as, my partner and I. Getting our hair done is such a FANTASTIC experience each time!! 🙂

Got a great haircut from Andrew recently, a really talented stylist. I wanted to try something new and he delivered. Definitely coming back here.
