I usually get my hair cut once a year and the past two years I've gone to Pat and she's done a great job.

Excellent, professional stylists. Sara is great! Pat's skin care services are amazing. Highly recommend!

Customer for 2+ years now. Everyone at Bellagio is friendly, professional and most importantly, knows their craft extremely well. Sara and Rosie have both cut my hair and they do a stellar job-- even tried a few styles I didn't think I'd be able to pull off. Bonus: If you want a fantastic neck massage while you're getting shampooed, you've come to the right place.

Pat and the team at Bellagio are excellent - they are skilled, attentive and thorough. I've had my hair cut, highlighted and styled here and I've been happy with the results. Pat has also done my makeup before an event and it was fantastic. Very glad they've come to Watertown - would highly recommend!

Horrible experience. One of the workers messed up my hair and then tried to tone it and made it more orange. I talked to the owner and she was so rude and did not listen to me and tried to tell me that I used wrong hair products even though it has been only a few days...she refused to fix it or give me the full money back. One of the customers even got into it even though it wasn't her business... After finally refunding my money she took about 30 mins on the computer typing something because it is the "protocol"..... Then refused to give me a copy of what she wrote. Never going back
