Do not go here they are very unprofessional and the owner needs new employees. The owner was even unprofessional. Like don't waste your time and energy I'm sorry. I should give it one star because of the way I was treated. I am a very fair and honest person but this customer service no. The hiring manager lied on me and was inconsistent with responses as well. Why would you tell someone you would give them a trial for a job and then lie on the person later. Doesn't make any sense. Then, the owner yells at me for checking on a job application because her employee lied. That's crazy! Don't waste your time people honesty.

I had a great experience at Blo Detroit! I have naturally curly hair and the few times I have had my hair blown out in the past, it looked awful. But not this time! Chrisante helped me pick an appropriate style and then gave me a gorgeous blow out! I've received tons of compliments on it and can't wait to return!.

Cancelled my appointment one hour before it was scheduled yet. They said they didn’t know how I was able to book the appointment online and wouldn’t be able to accomadate me. Not at all a good first impression.

I asked for the "pillow talk" hairstyle. I said I don't like and do not want tight curls, I just want light beachy waves, just as the picture in the "menu book" depicted. She used a straightener to curl my hair, which is a fine technique, I've seen and done it that way before, but when she was done, my hair was full of tight curls, I looked like Shirley Temple. My girlfriends I was with absolutely hated how their hair turned out as well. I'm sure they this venue will turn around but definitely not worth the risk of going there yet until they get people who can actually do hair.
