PASS!! I cannot say I will be returning to this place ever again. I called ahead and was quoted $55 for a wash, press, and curl. I was charged $95!! She charged me $10 extra for the curl. And for the wash and press she charged me $65. I was prepared to pay a little extra for a trim but the trim was $20, which I felt was too much for just a dusting. And she did not inform me of the price at all before she cut it. On top of this, the place was not clean. It did not look like they ever wipe down the chairs or sanitize their tools. At one point the hairdresser used the comb she was using to do my to scratch her own head. And when the comb fell on the floor she did not even bother to switch it out for a new comb or even wipe it off. She just went on and kept using it on my hair. Also there was a couple times when she was eating while doing my hair. And she took pictures of my hair for some kind of website without even informing me or asking for my permission. They all seemed very unprofessional. My hair came out fine but overall I was not happy with my experience here and I won't be back.

This used to be a great company, now are just plain awful now. They had 3 different numbers listed between google and their website. 2 of which are disconnected. Long story short, they were supposed to hold the hair for my wedding so that they could install it. Well 4 days before my wedding I reached out to confirm everything and BOOM they are ALL sold out of hair. How can a so called weave salon, be out of hair. That's like Taco Bell being out of Taco for a week. That's just bad business. I foolishly ordered hair from them in January, the hair took forever to arrive because they were once again sold out. I ordered purvian straight. The hair came curly and unlabeled so I don't even know what type or length of hair I received. I give up, they need to close their doors.

I was enjoying my experience going there to let Ashley P. Braid my hair for months. She was doing a great job. The price was satisfactory. Everything was cool but then one day the owner was there and raised the price $20 more on the spot! I thought this was Highly unprofessional. And it was done in a very harsh manner as if she didn't care about my business. And it was embarrassing to my stylist also. So I stopped going. It was a rude and unsettling experience to say the least. And since Ashley no longer works there I definitely will not be back. In addition, one day Ashley was not there and I made the mistake of letting a different stylist braid my hair. She obviously was inexperienced because the braids came a loose within a week. Money down the drain.

I honestly don't understand how this place got any bad reviews! This salon is one of the best I have been to . I walked in greeted with smiles! I thought I would give this place a try because I have purchased their Russian straight hair and it's amazing!!!!an the girl Ashley was no disappointment she was the definition of customer service. I walked out so happy. You can go to this place and it is a guarantee you will love their hair !!! I have had this hair for a year now ! And guess what ?! I'm making another wig with with it ! They have the best hair on the market . And they care about your happiness! I'm obsessed with this place! Girls the hair doesn't shed ! It shines ! No tangles!!! I'm a lifelong customer at this point!!!

Highly unprofessional place. Schedules an appointment and then cancels it for no reason. Didn’t have the courtesy to call and inform, just sent a rude text... Will not recommend it to anyone
