went here for a protein treatment. Was quoted a price over the phone. When I got to the front to pay said price, all of a sudden it's $10 more than what was quoted. I asked why, she said, "for the shampoo." I thought the protein treatment included a shampoo, if not, why not put the ACTUAL price on the website. Obviously when you do a treatment, you're going to wash it out, so why the hell would it be $10 more for that....Idiots. Terrible business skills.

I just relocated to the area. So I called this location and spoke with Nikki. She didn't have any available appointments until the week of July 10th. BUT we never got around to making the appointment because she kept placing me on hold. I finally hung up. There's too many other salons around here to be treated like this. I Will Not be calling back.

This was my first time here. Great service, location, and prices! The salon and atmosphere is beautiful! Had Loc maintenance and color by Kyshi. She was very pleasant and did an awesome job!!! The entire staff was friendly and professional. Adell's Natural Hair salon is a prime example of how to run a business. I will be back!

My wife loves this place. Everyone here can actually do hair. My wife and daughters all go here. Prices are fair and the service and quality of the services offered are on point. I would recommend this place to anyone.. Nice environment for kids, very spacious and clean. If your looking for your typical ghetto salon this IS NOT IT. The owner, Crystal will make any problem right within reason.
