Won't be coming again to this terrible place. 1. Rude cranky lady checked us in and had a terrible attitude. 2. she was pregnant and had a rolled gauze around her arm and face full of scars and no teeth which can be an indication of drug addiction (am not judging) but I didn't feel easy about her having scissors around my kid's head. 2.they will tell you to wait an hour or more because one lady is working and the other rude pregnant one is hanging out and doing nothing. 3. So basically one worker doing cuts for all the kids on a busy weekend. No thank you I will pass. I hope you are doing drug testing before hiring those people.

We were here today and 2 haircuts took around an hour. The first hair dresser we had stopped a quarter of the way through and had another stylist take over. This put the place into a deadstop and as they only had two hair dressers and the other one didn't do anything but watch. We have been here before and it's never been bad. Rosie is great, she knows exactly what to do and unfortunately she did her co-worker's job too. They seem to be having some staffing issues that hopefully will be resolved or I don't see this place lasting long.

Always a great experience with Rosie at this snipits. She always listens to what I say about how to cut my son’s (long) hair and takes extra time to be sure we are happy. My son also really loves seeing her.

This place used to be great, but it's gone downhill big time. The place seems to be falling apart, they even duct taped the seats. And the couple stylists I liked are all gone. The last time I went , there were only two left and it was a busy Saturday. Sad to say we won't be back .

My kid hair cut was ok, the lady at the front needs to work on her soft skills. Employees argue with each other like kids.
