I would never go here again. I was going to buy a groupon from here for partial highlights so I called first they told me not to purchase the Groupon because they take part of the money they would honor it. What they didn’t tell me is that they would charge an additional 20$ because of the length on my hair. Which would be understandable if she did more than just my roots because all the rest of my hair is already blonde so she highlighted the same 2 inches she would have even if I had short hair. The foil was so minimal it literally barely even looks like I got my hair done. I am so disappointed I ended up paying 80$ and a 30$ tip for pretty much a hair cut since u can’t even tell my hair was highlighted. my roots are still very noticeable so now have to go somewhere else and have it done again. And since they told me not to purchase on Groupon I can’t write a review on there I’ve never wrote a negative review for anywhere before but I am very unhappy with my services here

RUN! I purchased a groupon for a single process, cut & blow out. When making my appt they told me they do not honor the groupon because it doesn't cover the services and they loose money. I needed a root touch up, my hair is dark brown,. They charged me an additional $25 on top of the $59 groupon. After the next morning I noticed my roots had light patches in area and they didn't match. I did not see it at the salon as my hair was parted differently. They asked to send a photo. At that point Peggy the owner became irate, she was sending me messages accusing me of doing it to my own hair, and claimed my hair was 5 colors and severely over processed and that was why my hair is messed up. (my hair is neither)and blocked me when I asked what time I should come it to have it fixed. She later called me cheap for buying a groupon for the salon in the first place and told me I deserved this. I posted a review & picture on another forum and she attacked me threatening to have me arrested for leaving bad reviews. She is a complete nut job, I have over 75 messages that she has posted and deleted about me. She also deleted her bad reviews on facebook, and is having her family but good ones up. BEWARE! Again my hair is dark brown almost black and this is what my roots look like now!

I had a confirmed appointment today, however when I went there the salon was closed. Call the salon and got a message to call back. Finally got ahold of the owner and her response was the I should have received a telephone call. No sorry even though I had to drive over an hour to get there. They need to be more considerate to their customers

I have had nothing but a great experience with this salon. My first visit they honored the groupon price. Chyna took the time to listen to my "complaints" about my hair and gave me what I was looking for while suggesting options that worked for me. The salon is professional, unpretentious and reasonably priced. I have already been back a few times and never disappointed.
