This location seems to have stylists that are inexperienced or way past retirement. Every time I've gone I see a new person and they manage to mess up my hair. I feel confident walking in and when I get home I notice mistakes that I'll end up having to fix or go to someone else. One appointment I had, I asked for black color all over and just an inch off my hair. The entire time the hair stylist was working on me she talked about being retired and that she was working because she needed money, but this job sucks and all that was fun to listen to. At the end she said some of the original color was peaking out, but I didn't look bad to her and I really didn't see much, so I let it go. As soon as I got home I noticed chunks of brown everywhere and my length was completely uneven. I had to go to a friend to fix it. When I went in recently, I had my hair cut by a new person. She missed several areas and I won't be returning. They are extremely unprofessional. They all gossip about each other. They are careless when washing hair. I almost always get water down my shirt. The floor is always covered in hair. It's just a terrible place.

Fairly fast service. Always someone available to cut my hair, but it seems to always be a different person. Huge turnover. New stylist every month. In consistent service.

I went back in November to get a hair cut and the customer service is good but the hair cut was bad. They left one side longer and the shorter.

If I could find a minus star I would use it. Horrible Haircut. Horrible Stylist personality, horrible manager "trying" to resolve it. Too busy gossiping to pay attention to what cutting my hair.
