My younger sister went into this store as a paying customer and with the experience she had, I doubt she will be visiting this place again. My sister was looking at the makeup and saw one she liked, so she decided to try what she assumed was a sample. She assumed the products were samples because there were MULTIPLE bottles of the product already opened. If someone has been to makeup places, samples are not uncommon, so my sister was justified in assuming this. Anyway, an older Hispanic woman with dark hair (a little heavyset) approached my sister with an attitude and told her "you're not supposed to open those bottles, there's a sign there. What you can't read/speak English or Spanish?" Now, if the OPEN bottles sitting on the shelves weren't supposed to be sampled, she should could have approached my sister with the respect I KNOW her employer taught her in whatever customer service training she received, and kindly asked her not to use the bottles. Insulting my sisters intelligence, and accusing her of opening products that were already open was uncalled for. Shame on her for insulting the intelligence of a child. I don't know if this review will ever be seen but she needs to be refreshed on having some customer service etiquette. Check your attitude at the door, and if you don't enjoy your job, quit. Also, for the record, my sister speaks THREE languages. Spanish being one of them. Smh.

Don't speak to the dark hair, short, hispanic lady there. If you do, she'll curse you out and tell you to "speak English" when she needs to gtfo out of our country.
