Very clean salon and staff seems friendly. I didn't give 5 stars because there were 3 people there and they don't speak English. I have a relaxed hair and I asked if they service my hair type they obviously couldn't understand what I was asking. They had to get someone on the phone to translate. Okay according to the person(seems like the owner) on the phone they do service my hair type. All I wanted was a wash and set. The girl that was washing my hair was literally washing only my hair not the scalp also. I had to show her how to scrub my scalp. Then now it's time to get the rollers in, oh my goodness I could tell that she didn't know what she was doing. She obviously had no experience with rollers. She was struggling to put one roller in. The other stylist came over to "help" her. She did a little better with the rollers, but I knew when my hair is finish drying it's not gonna look great. My hair wasn't laying flat on the rollers. I used Google translate to ask if they are SURE they have experienced with my hair type she said "Si, Si" oh please it's quite obvious this salon isn't. It normally took less than 10 mins to put rollers in but it lierally took well over 30 mins. My hair takes about 40 mins to dry 😠 so obviously I was livid. Please if your hair is relaxed don't come here. They are not experienced with handling our hair type. If African Americans come here its obvious that they just do a wash then blow out not a wash and set. I am surprise that they had rollers because they didnt know how to handle it. Maybe the owner has more experience. I recently moved to the area from New York, so now I have to find another salon.

Great with kids, Some speak English, mainly Spanish, I have very long hair and when i say a little taken off they understand that where as an American salon chops a lot off. Decent pricing also.
