Unisex Salon Khoobsurat

OMG!!...please do not believe the “100 percent Satisfaction Guaranteed” on Salon Khoobsurat’s Website. The owner is HORRIBLE and I did not realize that there were so many other HORRIBLE experiences from other customers at this Salon. As a grade school teacher, my personality has always been very patient, kind and tolerant. This salon has sweet workers working there but the owner, who happens to be always there, has ZERO social skills and ZERO customer service skills. I was there just today and because one of her staff did not write my name down in the appointment book (even though my appointment was discussed just the day before today), the owner became visibly annoyed at me and wanted me to “go somewhere and come back later”. She made me feel like it was my fault that my name was not written in the appointment book. I yelled back at her saying that this was the second time that they did not write my appointment down. My appointment today was to FIX a previous problem of the owner recommending an undesirable color on my hair and so she was annoyed about the fact that she had to fix the problem (so much for the Satisfaction Guarantee). This was the first time I had complained about the hair color not being to my liking so it’s not like I am a chronic complainer. Anyway, to make a long story short, she said she didn’t care what review I wrote about her. You would think an owner would care about her business booming but this one doesn’t. There are thousands of salons out there and there’s even 2 other salons a few doors from Salon Khoobsurat itself. I was shocked that this owner did not care about holding on to customers considering she had enough competition just a few feet from her salon doorstep. Please go somewhere else. Today was the last day I used the services at this Salon. Don’t give your business to someone who doesn’t care about your business. I’ve tolerated this owner only because I tend to be very patient and tolerant, but I’m done walking on eggshells with this owner. She is one of the worst people I’ve come across. Her own staff was very apologetic today of her behavior. I do hope they find a better place to work rather than having to work with this type of owner every single day. Very clean Beauty Salon and they are always out to increase customer satisfaction. I was looking to re-balance my oily complexion and restore my dry and damaged skin. Then my friend recommends me Khoobsurat Beauty Salon. I've had facials and massage here. Their treatments are really appreciable. Afterwards I feel I get my money’s worth because my skin looked radiant and smoother than ever before for their treatment. My new favorite place and will continue to return ;-)

I Brought my mum to Khoobsurat Beauty Salon for her hair dressing and she was in wheelchair. Here We met with one of a kind staff and for a while my mum was assisted by her to the basin then back to her wheelchair. I was then impressed again to see her caring for my mum. The lady that did mums hair was superb and my mum looked gorgeous once done. Thank you so much. Keep going.

I was just looking around for a new salon to do my hair, thought I’d give this place a shot. I was a walk-in and their service was great but only downside was they charged me $60 for just a haircut and blow dry and I don’t really have long hair. I thought it was a bit pricey especially since their website says it ranges from $25-50.

Great experience as always. I have had beautiful relaxing facial in Khoobsurat Beauty Salon a few times and I love the way I looks after getting their treatment. It’s worth it’s price. I feel like treatments I get wouldn't go anywhere else to get done either.
