Thanks to the services in this hair salon, I manage to achieve the look I have always wanted. The way they treat you there, all the care that goes into your hair..it’s just amazing. Over the years, I’ve gotten so many tips and advice from the knowledgeable experts there. I try to follow them all and I’ve seen my natural hair blossom as a result. Never tried their bundles but I’ve heard some of my friends talking about them and they all seem pretty happy with the quality.

I have never experienced somebody like Melessa .She sent me her address in Olmsted Rd New Castle DE and told me to go to her house for a weave I needed done. There were no cars parked in her driveway but she told me not to park there and that I should park on the streets - even though snow had been piled up by snow removal trucks - I didnt mind after all it’s her house and she can tell visitors to park wherever she wants. She wanted to sell me hair - $100 a bundle which I refused and decided to buy $17 dollar hair from the store..I told her my budget is not good I want the cheapest rate. She refused to send me the price after numerous requests between yesterday and today while we were scheduling the appointment by text When I got there she told me $250 regardless of the type of hair. I agreed to pay which was $100 more than I usually pay but it was snowing and I had already drove all the way to her house and undid my previous weave and no other salons were open cause of the snow storm so I really didn’t have an option because I work two jobs and don’t have any other free time. I didn’t care about the money really I was going to pay but had decided I would never contact her again because first off she had not showered and was smelling terribly - I was really suffering but I said maybe she has a condition. She then started talking about ghetto African Americans and how she would block their numbers if they call her and speak ebonics because she doesn’t service thugs. She went on to say how African women always look down on African American women yet we are all from Africa...she went on about how African men are cheaters...how the dead African pharmacist from new castle that was killed by his wife used to hit on her....she really did not care what she was discussing and how it might affect somebody else - she lacks emotional intelligence. When it came time to pay I told her I had accidentally left the money in the car and since it was snowing hard I wanted to pay her with cash app. Her head almost spinned like she was the exorcist. She said “who leaves money in the car?”..she said don’t play with her money. I said wow I simply just forgot the money in the car it’s not like am refusing to pay. She said “give me all the cash you have and pay me the balance in cash app am not playing.” I felt like she was really going to get violent the way her eyes changed.I paid her $240 and sent the rest in cash app just so I could run on out of there. But oh my goodness, I will never go back to this lady again.
