Top notch. Lovely atmosphere, clean and relaxing. Everyone good at what they do. Kristy is great with color and utilized time so well I was out in 1/3 the time I usually am. She is my new hairdresser. Just didn't give 5 stars because I feel a bit pricey, but, I always feel hair processes are overpriced. I think they are average priced for this area.

I have been going to this salon since I was a teenager. All the stylists are excellent and it's a friendly yet sophisticated place. Other salons charge much more for inferior service. My stylist Michelle is top notch and I'm always satisfied with my color and style.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a salon closer to me I went there today with my friend for a simple blowout Not only are there prices outrageous for the poor quality of service , I could of done a better job on my hair! The stylists had no clue how to work with think curly hair! Our hair looked better before we walked in then after we walked out ! It's worth the drive back to Woodbridge!! I also called the same day of my services expressing the dissatisfaction , and they were rude and unprofessional in the way they responded to me ! They defiantly do not care about customer satisfaction ! That refused to process us a refund and did not even offer for us to come back and attempt to fix it !

I haven't had a haircut in a long time and was searching for a new salon. I was looking at reviews and prices and decided on Great Lengths. When I called I asked for an appointment for the same day and I got in for later in the afternoon, which was perfect for my schedule. My appointment was with Annie, and she listened to what I wanted and also gave suggestions. All I can say is I am SO HAPPY with her work and I WILL be going back to see her! They are friendly and accommodating and have good prices. I would definitely recommend Great Lengths Salon and Spa in Bridgewater Kim R.

I've always received excellent service at Great Lengths. My stylist, Michele, keeps me looking my best!
