I am very happy with UHC. They are always so courteous, respectful, and professional, and really know how to treat their customers well. Their office is so well lit, modern, and clean. And they follow all safety protocols. Valerie services me and she is awesome. I am so fortunate to have her. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, courteous, kind, professional, etc. It’s a pleasure going to visit them for my appointments. I’m definitely a satisfied customer!

Excellent service here at UHC. I had been on my hair journey solo for quite a while and finally decided I wanted some pro help and I’m glad I came here. Flora is the owner and she is very knowledgeable, skilled, and wasn’t pushy when presenting options to me my first time here. I’ve visited multiple times since and this most recent visit they were able to fit me in same day on a busy Saturday when I needed something corrected which was really great. Probably the main reason I come back is my stylist Albert; friendly, talented, and always leaves me feeling fresh and confident when I leave. Also shout out to Odalys at the front desk who is always friendly and welcoming. Keep up the good work and thanks for always taking care of me!

It took me a while to work up the courage to call and make an appointment, but thank God I did. I had been suffering from noticeable hair loss for a solid year before my consultation appointment. The idea of talking to someone about such a sensitive issue was intimidating to me. However, at my consultation with Flora, I knew immediately I had come to the right place. She was quite knowledgeable and seemed, somehow, to know more than the countless dermatologists I had been to. There's no hard sell or push. You are given all the knowledge and information at your first visit. Nobody tries to prevent you from leaving without a decision or laying out money. My hair guru is Valerie. She is honest and straight forward, besides being extremely talented, she is a perfectionist. I book my appointments as soon as her calendar is opened up, since she's extremely busy. I have my next 13 appts booked. If you are lucky enough to get her, don't plan on being a walk in client. One appointment with her and you'll see what I'm talking about. The staff is highly professional, kind and caring. Your appointments can be confirmed through text message and email, which make it convenient. Also, I should mention, for all services and consultations you are brought into a PRIVATE room. It is rare that you see another client. This was the case pre-COVID, as well. So, don't think regular hair salon. The whole process from beginning to end is done in a private room. I promise. This will change your life.

Hi. Please stay away from this place. About five months ago, I went to two of their stylists for a cut and they both messed up my hair. They are unprofessional, immature, and not nice. Also, they are very expensive for no reason - go to another salon that’s in the same area, they are much more reasonable in terms of their prices and client service. Oh yes, and they have favorites - the ones who bring them treats and goodies. Again, stay away.
