Wish I could give a 0, customer service is horrible to say the least. They don’t care about you or what haircut you want. They want to spend as little time as possible then charge $25 before tip. Been going here 3 years and fed up now after this. Called on a Friday midday for a walk-in, they told me to come in. I get there and THE ONLY barber is leaving so I asked why was I told to come in if there’s nobody here? I was told that the dude’s father just stepped out, would be back soon and given his number. I call him and get ignored 3 times within an hour. I waited there an entire hour for a haircut with NO BARBERS IN THE SHOP. 20 minutes after I leave I get a text “I’ll be here for 45 minutes then I’m gone.” So I was suppose to then turn around and go back? No apology that nobody was present during their hours of operation. All barbers are average on a good day but will still charge premium like they’re the best. Better off hitting Gouyettes right down the street, they’re above average, do exactly what you want how you want it, and actually engage in typical barbershop talk. Or A Kut Above also on Main St, even Brothers. Avoid ICONZ at all costs.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The African Women here were so rude to me and EXTREMELY rough on my hair. They talked about my hair and acted as if I wasnt there. I will never go here again.
