My first experience with this place was very unsatisfying. The women that colored my hair was named Melissa and she was unkind and disrespectful. She pretty much told me she couldn't do what I wanted to my hair. So she recommended to do it her way. I trusted her and wow, what a mistake. First off, this women yelled at me while she was coloring my hair because I was itching my face and was accidentally moving my hair (since all of my hair was flipped over in my face). I wanted to get up and leave so badly but she was already half way into coloring my hair. The rest of the appointment was just uncomfortable and miserable. I went home to get a good look at the highlights she gave me. I was so upset because the highlights only showed up on the top half of my hair. I called back telling Melissa how upset I was with how it turned out. She gave me great attitude, demanding that her and everyone else thinks that the highlights were there. She didn't care at all that I wasn't happy with the results. So I went back to the salon a couple days later to get my hair fixed. I asked for Tracy (she had done my mother's hair and she was awesome) She was so kind to me and made the energy just so positive. She knew exactly how to start a conversation and made me feel comfortable. Tracy was the best and deserves great recognition. In my opinion, Melissa should find a different career that doesn't involve good customer service because she does not know how to deliver that. All in all, if you're going here to get any kind of service done, I recommend Tracy, 100%!! *prices are also reasonable*
