Salon Eden of Raleigh is an amazing establishment; always exceeds the expectation for my family; they never fall short of meeting superior excellent customer service; the reception area is extremely welcoming. they display the best of the best products in the industry. My wife and I never walkout with picking up the Moroccanoil Products we all need in our household. The staff their is extremely professional, they keep the vibe very chilled, making us always wanting to stay a little extra. Salon Eden is extremely clean; never see any debris laying around; it is kid friendly as well. Overall, I would highly recommend any one to put their hair and trust in the hands of Salon Eden and their specialist.

If I could give a half a star I would. I purchased a Groupon for this salon for a gel mani and a pedi. I made my appointment and never got my reminder call. I called the day of when I thought my appointment was, and turns out they had my name AND phone number wrong and REFUSED to reschedule me without me having to pay the $25.00 cancellation fee. I was told the phone call reminder was only a courtesy. My card that they wanted on file was charged IMMEDIATELY for the $25.00 cancellation fee. They absolutely refused to not charge me the fee because as they stated over and over and over, the reminder call is strictly a courtesy. You would think a business who operates on repeat customers would want to right their own wrong for having both my name and phone number wrong but no. So now I'm out the cost of the groupon AND the cancellation fee. Never would I ever go here nor recommend anyone to go. I even contacted the manager via email with absolutely no response......not surprising.

The salon owner did not try to remedy the situation, but tried to get more money out of my sister blaming her "hair" as the issue. Very unprofessional and obviously does not know how to run a business. If you want orange hair for a pretty penny, you have found the right salon for you! If you want blonde hair I would advise you go somewhere else.

I used a Groupon deal and had my appointment today with Rae. I went in wanting a complete change and needed my spirits lifted, Rae went far and away above my expectations. After discussing color options with her, I decided to upgrade the color service. Went with a short cut (there was A LOT of hair that had to be swept!!), all over color with highlights and glossing. Even sans makeup, I walked out of there feeling like a new woman! Confident and happy, and yes, spirits lifted. I was there for several hours and Rae was so friendly and anytime I had to sit during color, she constantly checked on me to make sure I was okay and see if I needed anything. She was very engaging in conversation...she is an absolute doll! She works magic with color, and I'm beyond in love with my hair!!! One thing that I loved was that she didn't try to push me or talk me into buying expensive products, which seems to be common at salons. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rae and Salon Eden to any and every one!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair! I'll have to get some pics and amend this review!!

I have been a dedicated client of JoeMary for the last 10+ years. Together we have taken my hair all over the place from short and dark to long and blonde. She’s extremely talented at what she does and goes beyond to be sure that you are happy with your hair once she’s done. I’ll never go anywhere else!
