This place really deserves no star. The lack of professionalism and ethical concerns are simply null and void. The lady that's in management needs to learn the rules of cosmetology. Please, please this review is honest and transparent, so don't waste your time nor money here it's not worth it. I currently am seeking legal representation for the services that were not provided. A little tip for this place... hire professionals. This place changed from years ago when they first opened.

Don’t even bother I’d scheduled 2 appointments, confirm both, the first visit had to be rescheduled due to my schedule. When l called I spoke with a young lady who told me that I in fact DID NOT have an appointment upcoming although I’d “confirmed” it just 3 days before. Mistakes happen, I’m easygoing so schedule again for the following week. I showed up on time for my appointment...Not one person was on site for my 5:30pm confirmed appointment. The only person working was with a client and she was leaving when she was done with that client. I was asked if I’d like to reschedule!? I just had to laugh at that but anyway, So yeah BIG waste of my time however I’ve learned a lesson, believe the reviews and keep googling. The chick at the desk was nice and professional. Mmmmm hmm management team what’s really going on???

This place has changed so much since I used to be a regular back in 2015, I doubt I will be going back. I originally made an appt and was quoted a price for 218. The appt had to be rescheduled because of the hurricane threat, so when ask for the new quote the response was that prices vary by stylist. My appt was for 9:30, I had to wait to even begin because no one was there to do my hair for a SCHEDULED APPT. an inspector came in so my hair was stopped 3 braids into the foundation and I didn’t get serviced again until after 12:30. The foundation was horribly done, the cut was done by an amateur and it couldn’t even be styled because the outlets were dysfunctional, plus I ended up paying MORE. The most I got was an apology for my wait. The policy to pay before you are serviced is ridiculous and insulting because being reeled into what was a horrible service and overall experience is disrespectful. I miss the old style ahead and I won’t be back.

To start off almost every stylist including the “braider” let it be known how much they didnt want to be working in the shop on Saturday...how unprofessional. Anyways, my appointment was set for 1145am. I was called about 15 mins prior to my appointment to be told that I am being rescheduled for 1pm because a stylist did not show. I was understanding and said ok. I came to the shop at 1pm just to be waiting around for over an hour before anyone even starts my hair. So my hair was braided down after 2pm. I then had to wait over an hour AGAIN for the stylist to start my sew in at 3:30pm. My stylist did not listen to me when i told her to wet my hair so it could blend with my weave. She decides to start blow drying and flat ironing my hair bc she thought my hair wouldnt blend properly. (Like i dont know my own hair) Anyways, needless to say i was very disappointed in my hair. When your customer tells you that she will go home to “fix” her hair you should feel some type of way bc that obviously means you didnt execute the style and you’re lacking somewhere in your profession if your customer isn’t leaving the shop feeling slayed. (Same stylist had an upset customer leave right before she started my hair) Oh, and yes I had plans to be somewhere at 4pm which clearly i didnt make since i left the shop almost 5pm, so the stylist excuse for not fully putting her all into my hair is because she said “I already had a long wait and she heard per my phone conversation that I had somewhere to be”. I’ve been here a few times in 2016 but best believe this was my last time. Hope management and future customers fully read my review. I wasted almost an entire day here.
