The owner and staff are very professional and efficient! The stylist did an amazing job with my daughter's natural and curly hair! I would recommend anyone to come to this Dominican Salon.

I came in with my daughter, and we both got blow outs, and I must say Bella was the most professional, and caring stylist. She was very polite and catered to me and my daughters wants and needs. I will recommend her to any and everyone that is wanting their hair blown out. SHE IS AMAZING! There was another stylist there that had a NASTY attitude, although I was not her client, she still works there and should have at least smiled, when I made eye contact with her. That is bad for business.

The quality of the work done here speaks for itself. The customer service was amazing. The stylist was knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that was going on, and sold me some great hair products that can’t be found anywhere else.

This place is horrible! Rude.. my daughter left there in tears yesterday. She went to get her hair done for her senior pictures to get ombre... from dark brown to blonde. When she left her hair was RED!! I called them to talk to them because clearly this is money wasted and no where near what she asked for. They were rude and hung up on me. I had to take her to another salon to get it fixed today.

This was horrible! She almost pulled my hair out from Head! It so bad I had to stop and comb it myself. they DID NOT use a heat protectant on my natural hair BLACK hair and it burned so bad there was smoke filling the shop. It was awful and to make matter worst she then Charged me 45 DOLLARS and ruined my curl pattern only to leave the shop and have my hair puff right back up. (SEE PICTURES)! When you go to a salon you pay for the service of a good hair due, without the hassle and inconvenience. They did not provide that I felt unwelcomed and had to take time out my day to come back again just to have my hair damaged more. They REFUSED TO USE my heat protectant! I was so upset because when you spend hard earn money to take care of your hair it should not be disrespected and neglected in such a way. Do your self a favorite and just go somewhere that uses a heat Protectant, anti humid serum, Asks and respects what YOU WANT for your hair, and does it without harming your hair follicles. And most of all CARES about their customers and their experience, not just cheaper them out of their money selfishly.
