I visited this salon 3 times when I was in the Charlotte area to get my hair straightened. I absolutely loved the results each time. This salon truly cares about the health of natural hair and demonstrates that in their services. The entire process is focused on making sure your hair is well hydrated and detangled (they finger detangle!) before applying any heat, which allows them to only have to pass once over your hair with the flat iron. I've gotten my hair done by Tasha each time and she always makes sure that I'm pleased with the results. I'd also like to note that my hair is never trimmed/cut unnecessarily. This salon truly cares about the health and length of your hair.

The staff is so friendly. I felt like I was family. They did an amazing job with my hair. They truly care about the natural hair, and their shampoo massages will put you to sleep. I am so glad I found them. A wonderful staff and they work really well together.

I finally found a natural hairstylist that knows what she is doing. Ms Tracy and her staff will give your hair so much life. My hair was so dry and unmanageable before I came to TAG Concept Salon. It's been a week since my visit and my hair is still soft, shiny, and bouncy. I highly recommend this salon.

Best natural salon I've ever been to. Tasha is my hair stylist and she is very knowledgeable about healthy hair and she don't cut any corners to get done quickly. All the other stylists seem to all be knowledgeable and promote healthy hair. I'm a customer for life!
