SO CURLY, SO KINKY, SO STRAIGHT

Stylist walked away from me in the middle of my service to help a coworker with her client for more than 30 minutes then insults me by saying it was only 10 as if I, as a 26 year old woman, don't know how to tell time. I'm not a loyal client but Ive been there a few times before. She didn't say anything just walks away and didn't check on me or anything. After 20 minutes I asked the receptionist to check where she is and she comes back and asked if I was ok as if i haven't been waiting here for over 20 minutes already and we're over 3 hours into my service and still not done. She asked for another 5 minutes and has a tone as If I am inconveniencing her. She comes back 10 minutes later, so now its been more than 30 minutes I was sitting looking at my phone watching time go by, not being serviced. If she had simply said to me "I think my co worker needs some help, do you mind if i step away for a moment?" There would be no issue or least checked in with me but she never acknowledge the fact that she just left. When she said I would need to pay an Extra $25 for another bundle of hair I straight up refused for being inconvenienced and lack of customer service and then she is really being really rude now. Thats when she insults me by saying it was 10 minutes at the most, threatened to cancel the service where we were, gave excuses and tried to blame me why the service was taking so long as if we didn't have a consultation a week before my appt, said she thought I was sleep which would have made no difference cause i'm still not being serviced, said if she had another client i would have been pushed to the side and waiting anyway when that just shows her lack of time management. She even said she was trying to provide customer service but she wasn't talking about me she was talking about her co workers client who's a little girl. I had to remind her that I was her client, where's my customer service? Just all around rude and totally unprofessional. She finally offered to drop the charge and gave me a dry and generic apology. I am a very laid back, non confrontational person but this was just totally unacceptable, I never had to straight up argue with a service provider and I never raised my voice or called her out her name but she continued to be defensive and talk over me .Like i said I am understanding as well this whole thing could've been avoided. I paid and still left a tip because I have worked for commission myself and despite being rude, unprofessional, and absolutely no accountability for the situation, and tried to blame it on me she did put in time and effort and my hair did turn out nice but it was totally over shadowed by this whole situation. Needless to say I will not be returning to her or the salon in general

I came into the salon so hopeless. I had just taken out my braids and my hair was very matted and tangled, and I had honestly just given up. Nicola took such great care of me. She was so thorough, shampooing my hair 4 times to get all the product out of it, walking me through exactly what she was doing and making sure I was comfortable. She gave me a trim and pressed my hair, it is now so healthy and beautiful. Only been here twice, and had a great salon experience both times. I did not have to wait hours after my appt to get in the chair like I have had to in the past. 10/10, I will be back!

This by far was the worst experience of my Life. I have always had my natural hair which was long and full. I went to Cassandra which I heard was the best natural hair stylist in Cleveland. I showed her a picture of the style and trim I wanted. She shaved the sides of my head totally bald. She implied if you don't care for it come back and I can give you a weave. I had no hair at all you could see my scalp. She laughed with her friends during my service at this point I was very sorry and horrified at how my hair looked. If you cherish your hair please be careful.

Don't be afraid to change stylist. My first visit was just ok. The next time I got Amber and was very pleased I was in and out in an hour with a silk press

I go here for Natural Hair Care. I was having a lot of breakage and decided to check into it. I was given a consult by Cherish on Decca treatments she had a good pitch so I have been Going to Cherish for 6 mos now and my hair is thicker and stronger. My last appt. Had me a little worried because it seemed as though there going to stop carrying my products...I truly hope not because I don't want to switch at the point in my treatments
