No attention to detail and poor customer service. Much better places to get your hair done. You would be better off cutting it yourself. Lol.

I absolutely love my stylist and have recommended my mother to come to the Parma salon as well. My mother travels an hour and a half to visit her stylist. My mother has crochet braids installed and loves them. I have natural hair and I truly recommend Dee. She has grown my hair so much. She and misty do wonderful work. As misty is the only other person I would let style and take care of my hair. Therefore, I cannot speak for any of the other stylist. Dee does such amazing work I know anything I ask for it will be beautiful. She talks to you about your hair and if you have doubts she talks to you about what you want and how it could work for your goals. It is a salon and therefore it can get a little pricey. But as I said before I honestly do not mind paying in order to have Dee style and take care of my hair. She cares and provides professional service for all hair types as I have seen her work with other clients of all backgrounds. I drive a little ways to get there as well but it is well worth it! I highly recommend!

My hair has been colored a lot, the past two times I came to penny's wanting to change from dark color to blonde, the first time after talking we decided to go with a sort of ombré with highlights and keeping the top/roots a little darker and just going a shade or 2 lighter than what it already was and blonde on the bottom, this took about 4-5 hours, the woman doing my hair thought that it did not come out right at all and wanted me to comeback So she could fix it, I know nothing about hair so I took her word for it and came back a few days later for another 4-5 hour appointment and she "fixed it". A few months later I came back in stating the same thing I want to go back to blonde but not the "yellow" blonde, she suggested all over blonde highlights so my hair wouldn't be too damaged, this took her all about 2 hours and the highlights came out yellow golden blonde, I was told I would have to keep coming back to get the pale light blonde that I wanted, a few months later same thing was told to the women, she suggested all over highlights as well, she called them " back to back highlights", pretty much my entire head which is what I asked her to do at first and could have saved some of the 1 1/2 or so it took to put the foils in, not to mention she cut my hair before hand dry before we started, I have wavy frizzy hair no way for it to come out even, then she cut some more afterwards, needless to say she left about 3" or so of my roots which are dark almost black colored and I ended up with bright yellow with some orange and she told me to come back in 4 weeks to get it to the blonde I want, I was in such a rush to get out if there after another 4 hours or so and it was about 8:30 pm that I didn't really look at my hair until the next day, it looked like I tried to bleach it months ago and it was growing back in with how much dark root she left on top and my hair is completely botched all different chunky lengths, I'm extremely upset and had to go on a job interview that afternoon, luckily my friend was able to fix the color some so it looked better and I was able to pull my hair back some so you could not see the horrendous haircut all that I paid a large amount of money to have done, never again will I go here unless I can get the one person who did a good job on my hair a few years ago. If I could post pictures I would for everyone to see.
