I just had the Purifying Aveda Customized Facial. First of all, I waited 20 min for the therapist to meet me. Second, she looked unprofessional with kinda dirty cloths. Third, Her breath stinks and nose has booger"disgusting". She seemed has lock of knowledge about facial and massage. She was TOO SLOW that I think she thought it's relaxing. Her massage and hand moves like a Sloth. It made me feel nervous. She finished the set and left some scrub on my face. And greatly she asked me do you feel clean?!!! I was like WHAT?. I asked if she cleaned the black heads and she said "yes I did the nose and forehead." Honestly, I didn't feel it when she was doing it. I checked my face before leaving and I found a lot of missing black heads. Usually, when I go do facial somewhere else like Beauty Bar and Reve, the therapist explains the steps as we're going through. It was the worst Facial ever I had in this area.

I was nervous looking for a hair styalist not knowing who to go to. A friend recommended La luna so I looked over the reviews and all were positive so I thought to give them a try. I was amazed at the haircut Amber did. I told her nobody has ever cut the colic area right in 20 yrs, But she did an amazing job. Amber for sure knows what shes doing. Thank you Amber and La Luna you guys are very professional.
