Went in for appt on Fri the 15th. Not happy with results, at all! Went in for root grow out touch up to match the rest of my blonde hair. First flag should have been the fact Jasmine had me fill out a card that releases them from liability if anything goes wrong. She let me leave with very dark brassy/orange roots, especially in the back, and purple roots from toner. Was not offered a mirror to see the back, now I know why. I didn't really think about it until my family commented on it so I looked in mirror, I was shocked! I even told her I was going on a cruise this weekend and she let me leave looking like that! My advise from this experience is if they have you sign a card releasing them of liability, walk out!!! There's obviously a reason. If you need your hair lightened, do not have Jasmine do it.
