Love this place! Cute salon with great staff and reasonable prices. My first time here was to get highlights and low lights to match my extensions for my wedding - Brittany did an amazing job - no one could tell the difference between the extensions and my real hair. I've been going here for 4+ years ever since then and hopefully will be a client for many more years to come!

Awful! Went to Brandi to get highlights and a cut. First visit, hair was awesome. Second visit, hair was texturize and the cut was wrong. Third visit was to fix and I had to show her pictures of the first cut she gave me. It was still messed up though she was able to cut some of the texturizing out, I had weird texturized, frizzy bangs and my hair was very unmanageable. Fourth visit, got a hair cut only and I explained the cut, offered to show her pictures again and she said no, she will do the original cut. Layers were cut ok but I questioned the bangs and she said that they were just cut to angle into the layers. I started running my hands through my hair in the car to get a good look at the cut and to my surprise I had 2-3" short bangs!! I've never had bangs, only layered hair all the way through. I called the salon and the receptionist talked to Brandi (she would not get on the phone to talk to me) and the receptionist came back and said "brandi says you have to get used to a side bang" my response was "WHAT? I didn't ask for a side bang!!!" Receptionist was like "oh, ok let me talk to her again" so I go on hold again she comes back and tells me that Brandi says I can come back in a week and see Melissa. So I get pawned off. Not only do I have added stress over the awfully short bangs that I did not ask for, she only cut the bangs on one side of my head so it look extremely uneven. It sticks up when I dry it because it is so short so I had to spend $75 more in products and pins to lay the bangs flat and pin them down. This is going to take many months to grow out 4-5 inches and back to normal. I'm so so sad. Brandi didn't own up to her mistakes. She should have at the very least called me back to talk to me about it. How awful of her to treat someone like this. I've lost sleep over this. It is a big deal to me. Zero star salon. Beware!!
