I never do reviews but felt I should share this experience. My 10 month olds first haircut was done by miss Emily. She took the time to make him feel comfortable and to clean the chair in front of me as I was worried about his allergies. His cut came out perfectly. We will be going back.

I had a very terrible experience at the beginning of January and decided to give this place one last chance after speaking with the owner. I am disappointed in how I was treated by the owner and her response to me calling today. For a busy weekend when people are off work and need to get their child's haircut, I feel it's totally unacceptable for there to only be 1 stylist the last 2 hours the store is open. I called the owner to give her my feedback since she kept saying previously to call if there were any issues/concerns, so I decided to call her. Her laughable response was if I could find any stylists to hire... which is NOT my problem, it's her job as the owner of the store, not the customers problem. This just shows the type of leadership/ownership this franchise has. Pretty sad to see this place go down the tube and have such a poor customer service response from a "business owner" DO NOT GO HERE!

I have usually had good experiences here. However today.... One son had five cuts on the back of his neck. My other son was upset from the start and instead of trying to give him a moment to calm she was hurrying and cut his ear to the point it bled quite a bit. I understand that accidents happen.... But of my three sons.... Two of them got cut. That with the significant cost increase will have me going elsewhere.

Walked in with my 2 sons, one who is afraid of haircuts and the staff did not even smile or greet them. His brother went first (18 months) They barely said two words to the entire haircut. I had to do everything to help them get in the chair and They made no effort to make them comfortable, relaxed or entertained! Not friendly and very very low energy. We traveled an hour based on the information on their website which evidently is not a true reflection of the atmosphere or staff!

My son got his first hair cut and I was a mess! Not only did they do a great job on his hair, they let me have some of his hair for his baby book. This is part of the 1st hair cut experience they offer. The ppl were super friendly and the shop is full of bright colors and fun stuff for the kids! They also help to calm mommy's that are getting their babies hair cut for the first time. This is a great place and I will be taking my son back there
