Most visits I get burned with my press out but this is it. I got burned really badly on my ear recently and it’s now swollen, tender and turning black/purple. At the time she simply said sorry and neither of us thought anything of it b/c it happens so often. It wasn’t till later that I noticed it started becoming tender and swollen. Don’t get me wrong she does decent hair. Just often times I’m left waiting for my turn way after my scheduled appointment time which is unprofessional and inconvenient especially since you have to pay for parking. When I got my hair colored by her one time, it wasn’t the color I had wanted but I just let it go and didn’t ask for color ever again. Same went for the cut. I thought “ok it will grow back no big deal.” Black hairstylist are hard to come by around here so I just let it go. But lately she had presented with a bad attitude which gave off bad vibes in the shop. I understand we all go through personal stuff but I don’t bring it in to work with me and I don’t get snappy at my customers b/c of it. It’s not their fault. Needless to say I’m just tired of it. I’ll just go to Jersey✌🏽
