Availability of services that are readily available. My hair is strategically carved for from day one. My hair is strong and healthy with a great flow. The professionalism that is demonstrated every time I go. Getting back to my requests in a timely fashion by text and/or phone. I just received a 20% off the regular price and that has never happened to me. I felt appreciated and welcomed then and since I started going to the MUSE HAIR SALON. It is a clean and easy going environment. It's an all around plus in hair care; not to mention Tracie's knowledge when it comes to healthy hair care.

I love the professional, well organized, and considerate and respectful approach of the staff. Tracey is a true professional who keeps the best interests of her clients as a top priority with healthy hair the end result. After two years, I think It's also a fun place to be with good conversation, music, and company on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks, Muse!

Just left! I am natural no perm or chemicals with some left over color in the front from a previous dye and I wear my hair straight on a consistent basis. Wanted something convenient as well as somewhere that focuses on hair care. Wait wasn't that long and the shampoo was really well done and thorough.Tracy also explained to me better ways to keep up with my hair when it was my turn. I'd definitely recommend to a friend. Friendly and clean environment and staff makes you feel very comfortable.
