I went in for a consultation and wasn't sure how expensive my hair was going to be. They helped me by showing me part of the process and testing a strand of my hair to make sure it would work and to confirm the price. This made me extremely happy and I am coming in this Friday for haircut and color and can't wait! Great customer service

I’m a Pittsburgh based fashion photographer and have had the opportunity to work with Kristen (owner) on many occasions. It’s always a pleasure to have her on set for hair. Kristen goes above and beyond at every shoot. Her passion for the industry, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and dedication to her craft is what sets her apart and is engrained in the LaPomponnee brand. Aside from working together professionally, I’ve also had my hair cut and colored by Kristen as well, which was a great experience all around! It’s refreshing to see such professionalism and talent in the Pittsburgh area. Highly recommend Kristen and her team!

Kristen and company did all of the hair and make-up for my niece's wedding this past weekend, and I must say, I was simply blown away! My hair looked better than it had ever looked in my life, and the entire wedding party looked like movie stars! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Went to Sarah today to get a haircut. Cut off a good amount, couple inches - from lower back to shoulder length. I LOVE it!
