Horrible! After reading stellar reviews in Yelp, I booked an appointment online with Candice. I had to wait several weeks, but hoped that it'll be worth the wait! The week before my appointment, I called Candice to confirm my appointment for the following week. I left a message, but days later, I hadn't heard back. I then tried calling the salon, but had to leave a message and never heard back! As a last resort, I went on their website and contacted Candice through email, asking her to confirm my scheduled appointment, but NEVER heard back!!!! I lost almost a month with this run-around and am now in desperate need of a haircut. This is absolutely poor business management to say the least.

I had Alana as my stylist and she was awesome. Salon was clean and very nice. She listened and took her time making sure it was the kind of cut I wanted

I sing the praises of Micaiah, who became my primary barber after, one day, my previous barber could not accommodate me in time for a large event I was to attend. Micaiah was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and had me looking clean and spectacular. I have since been back several times, each time astonished by his work and his knowledge of hair and haircare. Chat Noir provides a reservation service and it is not uncommon for me to book an appointment as early as 6am, which Micaiah has no issue taking. $40 for men's haircut can be shocking to some, but the quality of work, attention to detail, and the sense of solace, care, and seclusion from the busy outside world (for this brief moment), is worth it. At least, to me.
