Poor experience with Morgan. I am new to the area and purchased a Groupon for her service earlier this spring. Booked an appointment and waited 3 weeks to get my hair done and was anticipating a lot because she had very positive reviews on Facebook. Unfortunately, I mixed up the time on the day of my appointment by 30 mins and didn’t receive her confirmation text due to poor cell service (I am in a secluded area near Lake Murray). I was definitely willing to be flexible in order to meet with her at another time or day. However, Morgan was very short with me over the phone and could only schedule another appointment more than 2.5 months later due to being overbooked. I am not sure why she decided to sell her services on Groupon if she has such limited availability. Maybe she makes exceptions for regulars who pay full price? I’m not sure, but I definitely didn’t deserve to be scolded over the phone by her. I hope regular customers aren’t treated like me. I complained to Groupon and traded the voucher instead of going there. Glad that I did it too. I booked an appointment at another salon in Irmo that was able to get me in within 3 days (I didn’t use a Groupon either). Their service was professional so I will be going there for now on.

Jennifer is The Best! Always on time, super sweet and a great haircut.

Based on previous reviews, thought this would be a good stylist. Walked up at 3:15 and girl met me at door she was leaving and the owner wasn't there. Hours posted here are until 5pm. Thats all that was said (she was on phone. Bad impression for a potential customer. Would NOT recommend.

Very pleasant. Good cut and color. Great conversation. Plan on returning.

Jennifer always does a good job cutting my hair. The other ladies at Side Tracks Salon are friendly and pleasant.
