I could not even give this braiding shop a WHOLE 1 STAR but they do not have a HALF STAR option! I have been getting braids done for years and this is the worst service I ever received. They JACK their prices up and use cheap stiff hair. Then when you tell them you want a certain style they give you an entirely different style. I asked for Kinky Twist and Requested they give me a small size, the owner argued with me about the price and then sent me to her second shop. Those ladies did it for less of the price but put 15 bags of Marley hair on my head and they were big and chunky and sloppy. I took them out the next day $180 dollars spent but I couldn't walk around looking like raggedy Ann. The lady refused to fix the braids right away she said they were busy and refused to refund me any money for the hair I purchased that was wasted. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

The worst braids and customer service ever! The braids unraveled within the first 3 days and when I returned, no one wanted to fix them. They said the girl that did them worked at another shop that day. Once someone finally agreed to fix them 30 minutes later we were on our way. A few days later I was back. 10+ braids unraveled and they accused me of washing the hair and it was my fault. Even worse than before. I had to wait an hour and this time they didn't have the right hair color, so I had to settle for an off color. Never ever going back.
